Energy (Quantum) Healing... How Does It Work?
Quantum physics is the study of things that are very small, like matter and energy at the most fundamental level. It aims to uncover the properties and behaviors of the very building blocks of nature.
Einstein famously called quantum entanglement "spooky action at a distance," since the particles seemed to be communicating faster than the speed of light.
Quantum entanglement is when two particles link together in a certain way no matter how far apart they are in space.
We all know the famous Einstein equation E=MC2… which means, Energy equals Matter times the speed of light squared. On the most basic level, the equation says that energy and mass (matter) are interchangeable; they are different forms of the same thing. Under the right conditions, energy can become mass, and vice versa. We humans don't see them that way—how can a beam of light and a walnut, say, be different forms of the same thing? —but Nature does!

Energy healing works on the idea that we’re all connected in this invisible web, kind of like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cell phone signals, or even how trees talk to each other underground through fungal networks. This invisible energy field is called chi, prana, ki, or bio-energy.
I help people release “clutter” that builds up in their body and energy system—like tension, stress, emotions, old patterns, toxins, etc. When that clutter clears, the body can heal itself naturally and function better—kind of like when your phone runs faster after closing a bunch of apps running in the background.
Researchers suggest that distance Energy Healing works because we are all connected through a common network or field. This field is full of chi, also spelled qi (life energy), which depends on culture and tradition. Alternatively, it can be called prana, ki, universal energy or bio-energy among other terms. Energy work practitioners readily tap into this field, which permeates and surrounds the body.
