Why Book A Session

Energy work is a way to clear out the energetic trash and get your subconscious and energy balanced and peaceful!

The Nature Of Emotions

Emotions are energy vibrations produced by the body depending on past and present experiences. They inspire you, guide you, and allow you to communicate. 


Experiencing an emotion unfolds in three phases:

  • First, an emotional vibration is generated by your body. 
  • Second, you start feeling the emotion and all the mental and physical reactions that accompany it. 
  • Third, you process the emotion and get over it, thereby releasing it. 


Emotional experiences can often be incomplete, however. This can happen when the second or third phase is not completed. As a result, the emotional energy can get trapped within you and you can become trapped in the event that triggered it. 


Releasing your trapped emotions, can lead to a greater sense of self-confidence and motivation to pursue the personal and professional goals you've always dreamed of achieving. Trapped emotions may lead to anxiousness and sadness, impede the functioning of organs, cause physical exhaustion, discomfort and illnesses.

Remote (Distant) Energy Work… How Does It Work?

Remote (distant) energy work involves quantum entanglement, which is a complex phenomenon in physics. It arises when particles interact to create a link and while intertwined instantaneously affect each other, regardless of the distance or time. 


Quantum entanglement recognizes electrons, neutrons and protons as correlated. They influence each other, tethered into a complex fabric similar to that can be found in the workings of today's radio frequency transmissions, cell phone signals and internet workings . They share pattern similarities with neuronal maps and mycorrhiza networks. These networks are the invisible fungal threads in the ground that assist trees and other plants in not only communicating with one another, but also to protect and feed themselves. 


Researchers suggest that distance energy work works because we are all connected through a common network or field. This field is full of chi, also spelled qi (life energy), which depends on culture and tradition. Alternatively, it can be called prana, ki, universal energy or bio-energy among other terms. Energy work practitioners readily tap into this field, which permeates and surrounds the body.  

How To Prepare For A Session

  • Have an organized list of symptoms and targets.


  •  Be hydrated. Being hydrated helps with the connectivity to your subconscious mind, which makes for strong results. Drink water before the session.

What To Expect During A Session

At the scheduled day and time of session we will start and end with a phone call discussing purpose for session and results after the session, you will also receive an email with detailed results.  


~ Some clients like to go on with their day during the session and other prefer to center and still themselves in a comfortable place at home. I encourage you to do what resonates with you.


Some people find they get physically warmer, heart might race or flutter, may also experience gentle tingling sensations throughout body. If you experience any of these, remind yourself this is part of the re-balancing process, try not to feel anxious about it, as it will pass.  


Others may find themselves yawning, clearing throat or soft coughs. These are all common ways for the body to release built-up tension and energetic blockages. It is also a sign that the body is deeply relaxing and allowing the re-balancing energy to flow freely. Some individuals feel a sense of peace and relaxation wash over them. 


It's important to note, it is common for some individuals to not feel much during a session but notice positive changes in their mental, emotional and physical well-being immediately or days following. The most important thing is to trust in the process and allow the energy to flow freely to support your overall well-being. 

What To Expect After A Session

The processing period refers to the time after an energy work  session when the body is adjusting to the energetic shifts, which can take a few days to weeks to fully process.


During the processing period:

  • No other additional energy work is recommended and subconscious probably will not allow due to overwhelming ones system.
  • Stay hydrated, ample hydration will help the body process energy shifts more efficiently. 
  • Rest! Take time to rest during this period, get enough sleep and take time to relax.
  • Nourish yourself by consuming healthy, delicious food. Sustain your body with the nutrients it needs, so that it can process the energy shifts. 
  • Move your body! Gentle exercise can help to move energy throughout the body. Consider practicing yoga, tai chi, taking a walk, or stretching. 
  • Listen to yourself, you know yourself best and it can be a powerful experience to simply listen to your intuition during this time. Ask yourself what you need and then allow yourself to do those things. Self care is important. 


Common Experiences During the Processing Period:

  • Symptoms of processing the emotions that were just released are usually pretty mild and are not really noticed, usually most feel lighter and less burdened or discomfort. 
  • Occasionally some may feel negative symptoms from processing, feeling some echoes of the emotions that were released, you may feel tired or out of sorts emotionally, you may cry or even feel sick. The unpleasant effects don’t typically last for more than a day or two and they are usually very mild. About 20% of clients experience processing symptoms.
